At Scannable ID, we want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Please review the terms below carefully.


โœ… Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, email us at ScannableIDcards@gmail.com with your order number and include photos or videos of the item in question.

  • Items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please wait for our approval before shipping anything back.

  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.

1. Request a Return:
Email us at ScannableIDcards@gmail.com with your order number and media evidence (images or video). Our team will respond within 3 business days.

2. Ship Your Item:
If approved, weโ€™ll provide a return address and detailed instructions. Please include tracking information with your return. Returns sent without tracking will not be accepted.

3. Refund or Exchange:
Once received, we will inspect your return within 3โ€“5 business days. If approved, we will process a refund or send out a replacement as requested.


๐Ÿ’ธ Return Shipping & Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), weโ€™ll cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., ordered wrong item or changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.


๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2โ€“3 business days.

  • If you donโ€™t see the refund after that time, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If needed, email us at ScannableIDcards@gmail.com for assistance.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
